How the Process Works
Step 1: Contact Prosper
To initiate a transfer, please contact our Customer Success team. We will provide you with your Account ID, which you will need to forward to your new provider in order for them to submit the transfer on your behalf.
Step 2: Contact Your New Provider
You will need to contact your new provider to confirm how to submit a transfer-in, as each provider has its own process. The information below will assist them in determining the most appropriate method for submitting your transfer.
Your new provider will need to submit the transfer request to Seccl to initiate the transfer. This can be done in one of the following ways:

Electronically (no transfer forms required):
SIPPs: Origo
ISA/GIA: ATG / Altus
Seccl will then coordinate the transfer securely and in line with industry standards. We will contact you to confirm receipt of the transfer and provide updates.
Important Notes
Account ID required: You must request your Account ID from Prosper before a transfer can proceed.
Provider-led process: Transfers must be initiated by your new provider directly with Seccl. Prosper cannot start the transfer on your behalf.
Timelines vary: Processing times depend on the product type (SIPP, ISA, or GIA) and the receiving provider’s processes.
