Cash ISA transfers – Provider guidance

Information for ISA providers on how to submit a Cash ISA transfer request from Prosper, including required details, Cash ISA reference requirements and submission instructions.

To initiate a Cash ISA transfer from Prosper, all requests must be submitted via email. Please note that we currently only support full transfers.

We do not accept physical transfer forms sent to our postal address. Any requests received by post will not be processed.

How to submit a transfer request

Please send all Cash ISA transfer requests to transfers@prosper.co.uk

Your email should include:

  • Completed transfer request/form/Letter of Authority (LOA)

  • Customer’s full name

  • Correct Cash ISA reference

  • Payment details

  • Letter of Authority

Cash ISA reference format

It is essential that the correct Cash ISA reference is used.

The standard format is ISAxxxxx (e.g. ISA123AB or ISA12A3B)

  • “ISA” followed by 5 characters (letters and/or numbers)

  • This reference is unique to the customer’s Cash ISA

Please note:

  • Any other account identifiers (e.g. wallet IDs or internal account numbers) will not be accepted

  • Transfers submitted with incorrect references may be rejected or delayed

Important notes

  • We process transfers manually and send funds via Faster Payments

  • Please ensure payment details are included where required

  • All communication regarding transfers must be conducted via email
