There are two sections to this document:
We reserve the right to change the above fees & charges in the future and will provide you with a months notice before doing so.
1. Prosper Account Charges
There are no fees associated with opening your Prosper Account, nor for making payments or transferring money between accounts.
We may receive a share of the interest paid by the bank on cash in your Prosper Account, however the rate that you see (in the app or elsewhere) is the rate you receive.
2. Investment Account Charges
Here is a breakdown of the fees we charge for your Prosper Investment Accounts (Personal Pension , Stocks & Shares ISA & General Investment Account).
Where applicable, these fees will be deducted on a monthly from each of your investment accounts.
The Prosper fee and Fund/ETF product charges are calculated daily and charged monthly in arrears. Any fees charged from pricing errors will be corrected as soon as we are aware of them.
Prosper trading charge is calculated and charged when placing a buy order or sell order.
Any Uninvested cash in your Investment Accounts is held in the Custodian’s Client Money bank account (Lloyds) until invested. Platform fees would not be applied to cash balances. Interest is not paid on uninvested cash.
Qualifying Fund List
The Qualifying Funds listed below have not been assessed by Prosper or any other party as being suitable for you or your particular circumstances. You should read the KIID for each fund or ETF and decide if it is appropriate for you to invest in. If you are unsure about investing, you should seek professional advice before proceeding. Prosper does not offer investment advice.
3. Prosper Savings Account Charges
There are no fees charged on any of the Savings Accounts that you open.
We may receive a share of the interest paid by the bank on each savings product however the rate that you see (in the APP or elsewhere) is the rate you receive.
