Nick has a deep understanding of how technology and AI are reshaping industries and creating new business opportunities. He has built and scaled tech and media companies in the UK and US, with over 15 years of P&L leadership and fundraising experience. He actively supports the startup community as an investor and mentor, including roles with The Disney Accelerator, Techstars, and Seedcamp. He also advised Code.org in the UK, helping millions of children engage with coding. Nick studied at Harvard Business School, the University of Bristol, and Universitat de Valencia.

Hattie has over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and public relations, with a focus on financial services, fintech, and wealth management. She was previously Head of Marketing at a wealth tech firm serving ultra high net worth individuals, where she led brand, digital, and content strategy. Hattie is skilled in building brands, leading teams, and driving growth through integrated marketing strategies. She is also a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, having served as a mentor and champion of women in leadership throughout her career.

Ben has 20 years of engineering and technology experience, spanning fintech, consumer protection, and digital innovation. He has worked on savings and investment platforms at Barclays and led initiatives at Experian to protect consumers from data loss and fraud. Before entering fintech, Ben was CTO of Adaptive Lab, a digital product and innovation agency acquired by Capgemini, where he helped major enterprises build and scale new digital ventures. He began his career as an engineer at Keynoir, a travel discovery startup acquired by Yahoo!, and has since led cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and design.

Brendan has over a decade of investing experience across a range of sectors and stages in both public and private markets. He has worked with leading firms including Concentric, Standard Bank Group, Simple, and Cypress Point Capital, where he evaluated and supported investments spanning fintech, consumer, and emerging technologies. His background combines deep financial analysis with a hands-on approach to helping companies grow, drawing on experience across venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance. Brendan holds a CFA charter and studied at the University of Cape Town.

Ricky is a serial climate fintech entrepreneur and investor with a track record of founding and scaling transformative businesses in financial services and technology. He was Co-Founder and CEO of Tandem Bank from its inception through to July 2021, helping build one of the UK’s leading digital and green banks. Over the past two decades, he has launched a series of fintech and telecom disruptors, including GSM Systems, Small World Financial Services, and Azimo, which was acquired by Papaya Global in 2022. Alongside his ventures, Ricky has been an active investor and adviser in the fintech space since 2003, backing and supporting some of the most innovative companies in the sector. He is a passionate advocate for using technology to drive sustainability and financial inclusion.

Phil has over 40 years experience in wealth solutions including pensions and investment offerings. He was on the early team and COO at Nutmeg, which was acquired by JP Morgan, and served as Managing Director of Embark through it's acquisition by Lloyds Bank in early 2022.

Ellis blends a keen understanding of user needs with a passion for building impactful financial tools. With a background in fintech and experience across both startup and scale-up environments, she has worked on a range of digital products that help people better manage their money. Ellis is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with design, engineering, and data teams to ship features that drive real customer value. She brings strong analytical thinking and user-centric design principles to every project. Ellis studied at the University of Sussex and is driven by a mission to make finance more accessible and transparent.

With over seven years of experience in marketing and communications, Javier has a strong track record of driving growth through digital campaigns, brand development, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to Prosper, Javier spent three years at a wealth tech firm, where he played a key role in expanding brand awareness and scaling high-net-worth client acquisition. His career also includes consulting roles at Charlotte Street Partners and Ogilvy, managing campaigns for global clients in sectors including finance, tech, energy, and hospitality. Javier holds master’s degrees from the University of Edinburgh and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Will leads product design and user experience at Prosper, helping people better manage and grow their wealth. With over seven years of experience in UX, UI, and brand design, he has worked with startups, scale-ups, and agencies including Tide, Appsmith, Defaqto, Mind, and Class35. Will combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to create digital products that simplify complex processes and delight users. He led key design initiatives at Superscript and Celestial, and advised companies like Jenerise on product and brand development. Will brings curiosity, creativity, and a user-first mindset to everything he designs.

Desi is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships. With a background in customer success across both fintech and digital platforms, she brings a strong blend of empathy, creativity, and results-driven focus to her work. Desi is passionate about client advocacy and continuous improvement, often acting as the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs. She studied at the University of Bedfordshire and has built a reputation for her loyalty, adaptability, and commitment to helping clients succeed at every stage of their journey.

Yen supports strategic growth and operational excellence across the business. With a background in management consulting and a career spanning transformation, organisational design, and business development, she has advised founders and CEOs on scaling high-performance teams and improving operational efficiency. Prior to Prosper, Yen was a Founding Partner at Nexa Consulting and held senior roles at Renoir Consulting and YMG. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and brings a global perspective, shaped by her work across the UK, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

With a foundation in commercial law and a growing footprint in the UK fintech space, Ellie brings a sharp legal mind and entrepreneurial energy to her role as Founder’s Associate at Prosper. Prior to joining Prosper, she trained and qualified at BCLP, gaining experience across real estate, financial disputes, and technology transactions, including a secondment with Dr. Martens’ global IP team.
